Each sleepover tent with tray requires about 6ft x 3 ft of space. We are able to layout tents in several configurations to fit many spaces.

We use inflatable beds along with bed pads, fitted sheets coupled with a fleece blanket. We don’t provide pillows for hygienic purposes but rather ask that kids bring their own pillow. Throw pillows are for decorative purposes only. All linens are washed after every use with gentle hypoallergenic soap.

Yes we do. Delivery, setup and pick up is included free of charge 12 miles or less from Shoreline. Mileage fees apply to locations that are more than 12 miles from Shoreline.

It depends on the number of tents booked. It takes about 1h30 minutes to set up 5 sleepover tents and accessories. Please allow more time if more sleepover tents are booked.

Kids are typically ready for sleepovers by the age of 5 and above. Our packages are suitable for ages up to 14. More adult supervision is needed for children under 7 years of age.

Depending on availability on selected date you may book up to 20 sleepover tents or less at once!

A $50 holding deposit is needed to secure the date of your party which will be counted towards the full balance. The full payment is then due 7 days after holding deposit is charged. If full payment is not made on time a cancellation will be made. If party date is less than 7 days from when holding deposit is charged a full payment is required on the day before the party date.

If you cancel 10 days or more from scheduled party date the full balance will be refunded. You may change the date of booking without additional charge. Please email to cancel or make changes to your booking. Cancellations made less than 10 days don’t qualify for a refund but are eligible for rescheduling within 90 days.

The fabric on our tents are for indoors only so we please ask tents remain indoors at all times.

All of our bedding is cleaned after every use. Our bedding linens are washed in hypoallergenic detergent. Each inflatable mattress comes with a bed pad that absorbs spills. All of our trays and décor are cleaned with antibacterial wipes. Goblets, glass bottles, teacups and saucers are washed with antibacterial dish soap. We ask that children bring their own pillow for hygiene purposes. Throw pillows are for decorative purposes only.

No. Our string lights are battery operated.

Almost all our items are battery operated and don’t require power supply such as string lights and LED lights. Power supply is only needed to inflate beds. Our space night lights, mini smores machines, and blacklights require power supply.

No. We provide the mini smores machine only but we don’t provide food.
